Return Policy

  1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise within 14 (fourteen) days after the date of the receipt of the products purchased on
    Please note that the return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
  2. The right of return – besides compliance with terms and procedures described above – shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
    a. The product(s) must have not been worn, used, altered, washed or damaged.
    b. The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging (if you wish to return a kit or set, it must contain all the original components).
    c. Returned items must be sent back within 14 (fourteen) days after the date of the receipt.
    d. The returned items must be sent to Calisson Little Royals in a single delivery, Calisson Little Royals reserves the right not to accept products belonging to a single order returned and delivered at different times.
  3. In that case, we ask that you contact our Customer Care Service at prior to sending the item back, so that we can provide you with a return shipping label and expedite your replacement order. 
  4. To return an item for any other reason, simply follow the instructions on your packing slip and send the unused items with the packing slip and all original packaging to:

  5. Returns are refunded in the original payment form, less shipping and handling. Returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please note that “final sale” items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defect*.
    *Manufacturing defects: not after 1 (one) year from the purchase date.



  1. When you submit your order online, it is instantly entered into our database, your order confirmation email is sent, and your payment is verified by our system. Within an hour or so, your order is transmitted to our fulfillment centers and can no longer be modified in any way. We hope that in most case this expedited order process works to your order. 
  2. If we are unable to cancel your order, you can always return your order to us for a full refund of the merchandise value. 
  3. In some case, it is possible cancel backordered items on your order since they are not scheduled for immediate shipment. Guarantee and indication of product prices

  1. sells exclusively luxury and high-quality products. These products are purchased by Calisson Little Royals directly from fashion manufacturers and carefully selected by stringent quality controls. 
  2. does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality as compared to the corresponding standards offered on the market. 
  3. The main characteristics of the products are shown on inside each product description. The products offered for sale on may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colors because of the Internet browser or the monitor used.
  4. Prices of products are subjected to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.
  5. Should you decide to exercise your right of return a purchase product, Calisson Little Royals will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.
